West Brom's form improving

After an apprehensive start to the new season, West Bromwich Albion's form is starting to pick up after a win at Old Trafford and a draw against league leaders Arsenal.

West Bromwich Albion shocked many neutral fans last season when they finished eighth and confirmed themselves as a true Premiership club. Steve Clarke's debut season at the club was a success by all accounts.

However, in August and most of September much of The Baggies decent work from the 2012/13 season looked to be unravelling - on the 28th September they had managed to notch only 5 points from five games.

The Midlands club, that uses Diamond Football products, were beginning to look shakey. Some even pitted them as a relegation favourite.

But as we know things change in Football very quickly - and what a difference two games make...

Since 28th September, in the past two games, Steve Clarke's men have beaten Manchester United 2 - 1 at Old Trafford and held Arsenal to a 1 - 1 draw. It looks like The Baggies have finally found their form.

For the first few games, it looked like they may be missing Romelu Lukaku who is now on loan at Everton from parent club Chelsea. Yet they have uncovered another rising star in Saido Berahino.

The Hawthorns club's next fixture will be against Stoke away from home. We will see there if they have truly rediscoered their form or the two previous results were just a fad...
