Chelsea and Arsenal performed impressively in their Champions League fixtures yesterday - where both beat their opponents comfortably.
Arsenal hosted Italian side Napoli at the Emirates and put the game to bed by the 15th minute when Giroud slotted home a second goal. The score finished at 2 - 0. Ozil scored the opener.
Chelsea to Romania to face opponents Steaua Bucharest, in a game in which they battered the lacklustre side 4 - 0. Ramires scored twice, their was an own goal and Frank Lampard finished proceeding with a finish in the 90th minute.
However one should not forget the heroic performance put on by Celtic players last night. The Scottish team were beaten by Barcelona, only once Brown was shown a red card.
All in all, it was a pretty good night for British football - lets see how the clubs performing tonight can do...
