Diamond Football co are pleased to announce that they have been granted full Community Trademark rights for their existing logo.
Director Steve Peterkin said we are delighted to have our Logo trademarked as it seemed a logical step to protect ourselves from infringement. Unfortunately we have had to take action against third parties for the misuse of our name and marks, and our hand is now strengthened.
As UK market leaders in our specialist field our Brand is recognised as one of quality and reliability and that reputation will always be protected.
The logo itself is well known in the football world and is established from Grassroots to Pro level, and the granting of the trademark will enforce that image.
Steve was also able to confirm that despite large increases in raw material and transport costs Diamond has managed to keep virtually all of its prices at the same level as last year.
