England lost their second game in the World Cup yesterday after Suarez scored two. Although a slight hope for England fans still remains after Rooney scored yesterday, and with the whole team giving their all could England still qualify?
For England to qualify to the last 16 of the World Cup they will need Italy to beat Costa Rica and to beat Uruguay in their final game, which would see England qualify on goal difference provided of course they beat Costa Rica. So the England faithful will now be counting on the likes of Pirlo and Ballotelli in order to qualify.
Unfortunately should Italy draw with Costa Rica tonight England are out of the World Cup. However, should England leave the competition fans can be happy that England have changed the way they play and that England will have an improved side for the next World Cup. (Keep your heads up England fans just remember Sunderland called for a miracle last season and it happened for them).
