Brazil fans turned out in their thousands for their second World Cup match against Mexico yesterday. Both Paulinho and Neymar had close chances yesterday but were stopped by Mexico's super keeper Guillermo Ochoa.
Mexico decided to play with a tight formation yesterday, knowing that Brazil would try their free flowing fluid style football, which again did leave some open areas in defence.
Despite the tighter formation Brazil had the majority of chances with the closest being Neymar's header which was stopped by the Mexico goalie (who very surprisingly is a free agent) during a fantastic performance yesterday. This draw also resulted in an end to Brazil's 10 game winning streak which started in August.
The result affected the whole group with Cameroon and Croatia playing tonight, should either of them win they will be on 3pts and Brazil and Mexico will be on 4pts each meaning that the qualifying spots will go down to the final game.
