Fulham vs Hull - Fulham need only 2pts to move out of relegation provided Norwich lose this weekend. The team have seen a resurgence under Felix Magath but they know it will be tough against Steve Bruce's Hull side. Our Prediction: 2 - 1 Fulham
Sunderland vs Cardiff - This is a big game at the bottom of the table with Cardiff knowing that if they win they will move above Norwich. However, Sunderland will be fighting for their lives at the bottom, with a win leaving them with 1 point to move out of relegation. Our Prediction: 2 - 2
Liverpool vs Chelsea - This is seen by many as the title winning game, since if Liverpool win they will move eight points clear of Chelsea with two games left. Chelsea will be hoping to keep Liverpool at bay, with one of the best defences in the league, which they know will send them to only 2pts off the top spot. Our Prediction: 3 - 2 Liverpool
West Brom vs West Ham - West Brom will be well aware of the threat coming from the relegation zone. They know that a win will put them 4 pts clear of relegation. West Ham on the other hand know that should they win they will be in the Premier League next season! Our Prediction: 1 - 0 West Ham
