Special team for the Special one

Yesterday saw Chelsea overturn another 3-1 result in the Champions League after they beat PSG 2-0.

PSG went in to their Champions League quarter final game yesterday knowing that they were 3-1 up on aggregate and that they had to defend, with a goal seen as a bonus.

However, Chelsea broke down their defense a number of times with 15 shots in total. Chelsea knew they had to be on the attack as they had to score two goals to go through. Although they still had to be mindful of the counter attack. Since if PSG scored one goal Chelsea would then have had to score three just to send the game into extra time.

The blues knew their job well and with Mourinho's tactics they managed to succeed with a goal from Schurrle in the 32nd minute and a late goal from Demba Ba in the 87th minute. With a huge celebration from the players and fans they thought it was over. Mourinho on the other hand knew not to underestimate PSG so he ran down the touch line to give defensive tactical advice to Ba and Torres.

The victory has now sent Chelsea through to the Semi-finals and after the game the Chelsea boss claimed "We are a team with a special spirit". With a possible Semi-Final clash with Real Madrid, Man Utd, Bayern, Atlético or Barca. Chelsea will be hoping this special spirit follows them into the next game.
