Who has already qualified for the Champions League?

With one Champions League group game left, many of Europe's elite have already qualified for the knock-out stages. Yet some of the continent's top sides' fate is still undetermined.

With the tournament five games per team old, many of Europe's top clubs have already booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League.

Below we take a look at who already has and who still can qualify in each of the competition's groups:

Already qualified: Real Madrid

Could qualify: Juventus, Galatasaray

Already qualified: PSG 

Could qualify: Olympiakos, Benfica

Already qualified: Bayern Munich, Manchester City 

Could qualify: No teams 

Group E 

Already qualified: Chelsea  

Could qualify: Basel, FC Schalke  

Group F 

Already qualified: No teams 

Could qualify: Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Napoli 

Group G 

Already qualified: Atletico Madrid 

Could qualify: Zenit St Petersburg, Porto
