In tonight's friendly between England and Chile at Wembley a number of players are set to make their international debut for England.
The expected debuts for Adam Lallana and Jay Rodriguez are due to, in no small part, the injury problems that have plagued the England squad for this game.
Since the squad was announced last week. six players have pulled out of tonight's fixture. Kyle Walker, Michael Carrick, Steven Gerrard, Rickie Lambert, Daniel Sturridge and Danny Welbeck will all miss the game
Roy Hodgson has also confirmed that Joe Hart will not start the game - with Celtic's Fraser Forster expected to get his first start for The Three Lions.
England's opponents Chle will be looking to capitalise on the form that saw the South Americans qualify for next year's World Cup without even needing play-offs.
This should be a hard fought game that will test England's resolve. The Three Lions are looking to protect their near-emaculate record under Hodgson where they have been beaten only once.
This game should give the internationals a closer taste to the sort of opponents and games they will be experiencing during the World Cup than the qualifiers played earlier this year.
We expect a competitive game and hope that Hodgson's men do not line up cagey. Hopefully the game will be open and full of attacking flair.
Whether England win, lose or draw, we are just hoping to see a decent performance.
