Weekend Football Review

Our Premier Leauge weekend review. With the top sides in action including, Chelsea, Manchester Utd, Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham.

This weekend sees the last premier league matches before next week’s international break. During which England take on Montenegro and Poland. This weekend all the big teams are in action with our top 5 matches being Man City vs. Everton, Tottenham vs. West Ham, Arsenal vs. Westbrom, Sunderland vs. Man Utd and Chelsea vs. Norwich.

Man City V Everton:

Everton will be the happier of the two going into this game with City losing 3-1 at home to Bayern Munich mid-week. Alternatively, City will be hoping to forget the midweek game and focus on trying to beat Everton with Aguero, Negredo and Toure all hungry for more goals.

Our Prediction: 1-1

Tottenham V West Ham:

Tottenham have been playing well recently and this will have been helped by their 2-0 Europa league victory against Anzhi Makhachkala yesterday. West Ham on the other hand, will be hoping to turn their bad run of form around with 2 loses in their last two premier league games.

Our Prediction: 3-1 Tottenham

West Brom V Arsenal:

This will be an interesting game with West Brom playing well so far this season having beaten Manchester Utd in their last premier league game West Brom will hope to beat another one of the big boys and move even further up the table. Although this will still be a difficult game for West Brom with Arsene Wenger’s men in great form this season which makes them 1st in the table.

Our Prediction: 2-2

Sunderland V Man Utd:

Sunderland and Manchester Utd have both found themselves out of form this season with Sunderland occupying the bottom spot in the league table and Manchester Utd well below the top four in 12th place. Both will be trying to turn their bad run of form around.

Our Prediction: 2-0 to Man Utd

Norwich V Chelsea:

With Chelsea beating Steau Bucharest 4-0 in the champions league this week Chelsea will be on a high going into the game. Norwich will have a lot to do to try and beat Chelsea but with Norwich at home they will be hoping to cause an upset.

Our Prediction: 2-1 to Chelsea
