El Clasico: Will this decide the title?

Does this game have more than just rivalry, will the victor go on to win La Liga?

Barcelona take on Real Madrid this Sunday at the Nou Camp. Currently the sides sit within one point of each other, with Barcelona in front.

The match of intense rivalry for Spain's two biggest sides could be heating up further with the winner tipped to go on and win La Liga.

Barcelona:

Recently the Catalonian club have been in good form. Beating their last opponents Man City 1-0 and winning their last La Liga game it putting them in front of rival Real Madrid.

The main threat is of course Lionel Messi with the skills and awareness he possess and he looked in great form during the mid-week CL clash. Suarez also remains a threat for Barca as his partnership with Neymar and Messi upfront is developing into a force to be reckoned with.

While Ter Stegen has performed well in the Barcelona goal, as of late and will hope to keep up the work against the attacking force Madrid possess.

Real Madrid:

On the other hand, Real Madrid are a team that have been struggling for form in recent weeks. After failing to win 2 out of their previous 3 La Liga games.

The brunt of the criticism for the side seems to have been aimed at Bale and Ronaldo. However, during the match against Levante the side did look to have improved with faster play and more shots on target.

Despite the form, big players thrive on big occasions and Barcelona will be in no doubt that Benzema, Bale and Ronaldo will be no easy combination to stop.

Will the winner of the match, go on to win La Liga? Only time will tell but the points and mental victory of getting a win against your biggest rivals will certainly be a huge boost to the winners.
