Mourinho vs Drogba

Two Chelsea legends who enjoyed much success together, will face off tonight in a Champions League tie between Real Madrid and Galatasaray.

They may have spent some of their most successful seasons in football working together, but that will count for nothing as Jose Mourinho and Didier Drogba prepare to do battle in tonight's Champions League game.

The Chelsea legends meet at the Bernabeu for the first tie of the quarter-final between Real Madrid and Galatasaray. And make no mistake, every English eye will be set upon this game- as Galatasaray try to prove that they can mix it with the heavyweights of European football.

Boasting an impressive side that now boasts Wesley Sneijder along with The Drog, the Turkish club have looked pretty strong in Europe this season. Madrid and Mourinho, once again one of the favourites for the accolade, have not looked hungrier in any other tournament.

Yet, despite the Ronaldos and Sneijders that are included in this fixture, only be two names engulf this clash- Mourinho vs Drogba.

So who will transpire the victor out of these two close friends?

On one hand you have the statesman that is Drogba- who, as we all witnessed last season, can almost win any Champions League tie single handedly. Then you have Mourinho- who, as we have seen in past seasons, can almost win the Champions League with every club he has managed. Without doubt, they are both masters of European football.

But who wants it more? It could be said, Mourinho. Despite winning it more times, the Portuguese is aiming to set a record of becoming the only manager to win the competition with three different clubs. Drogba, although always passionate about Europe, topped his fine career off perfectly with last season's win.

Whatever the outcome, we expect drama... and a Drogba goal!
