Didier Drogba (37)

Drogba has recently stated that it is his intention to only play for one more year before he finally packs up for good. In hearing this, MLS have jumped at the chance to throw a lot of cash at Drogba. It is rumoured that 4 MLS clubs have taken interest in the legendary Chelsea player, and one already drawing up a deal. Drogba has a really high status amongst Footballers, therefore meaning he will not get any less than a 6 figured number.

Andrea Pirlo (36)

The 36 year old Juventus player has said that MLS might be an idea in the future, but for now he is putting all of his focus on his current team. He only has one year left in his current contract, but has declared that he is determined to keep on playing as long as he is able to train well and hard. This is a player that gets better with age, and has made it clear that any MLS team would be lucky to sign him.

Mario Gomez (29)

The 29 year old striker was once the hottest player around, but injuries have let him down recently. The German international has only scored 4 goals in 20 league games this season and has a low total of seven for the Italian club. There have been many sources speculating that the striker is set to move to MLS, but his agent has also spoken out to say that his client wishes to stay in Italy for now.
