Harry Redknapp is in the Premier League, Dider Drogba has returned to Chelsea, the Super Cup final will be played at Cardiff City and Suarez is at Barcelona, what's that I hear? It's the sound of football fans signalling that next season is just around the corner.
We're excited for the upcoming season and see a few suprises along the way. Here's what you can expect from Diamond News over the coming season.
1. Match previews and reviews:
We will be previewing and reviewing all the big games including tactical analysis and some individual player performances. For any preview we will provide our prediction for the game(s) as well.
2. Top 10
After amazing performances throughout each competition we will be writing about our top 10 players/managers/coaches or teams, they will be assessed through individual talent, team play, sportsmanship and tactical adoption.
3. Manager and Tactical Analysis
Assessing what tactics were used and why, every manager has their own way of doing things and with new managers this season it will be interesting to see the moves they make.
4. Competitions and Quizzes
Over the coming season we know everyone looks forward to a good competition. During which you will have the chance to win Diamond products. These will mainly be run on our social networks but make sure to check the news for full details.
5. Grassroots Football
We will be looking at Grass roots football, what makes it and how it can be improved as this breeds the next generation of pro footballers, we will be asking for your opinions on the subject as well.
6. Football Research
You can expect the latest research from our Research Team. Including huge projects undertaken by clubs and countries to change football, such as the Guangzhou Evergrande International Football School (in China) which is one of the largest football schools in the world and aims to reach 10,000 pupils.
