It has been a remarkable day in Spanish history yesterday as Spanish squad lost to Chile (2 - 0) their reign on the international football stage came to the end at this same time in Spanish King Juan Carlos abdicated.

It wasn't a pretty day for Spain but for Chile it is a great fiesta today as they are still in the game after beating World Champions in Rio 2 - 0.

It looks like the final matches will decide about order in the table of Group B but after two matches Spain is the first to go home!

Chilean players were simply great last night and spiritual home of football the Maracanã stadium witnessed incredible spectacle of Spanish failure and Chilean football tango.

Sánchez, Vidal and Aránguiz proved they can go all the way up. Can they really do it?

We will see soon as they face 2010 runners up next week.
