After the win at Everton yesterday, Tony Pulis claimed his team are now safe from relegation after they moved to 11th in Premier League with 40pts (10 points clear of relegation).
Famed for his defensive play at Stoke, Pulis transformed a struggling Crystal Palace team on only four points (when Pulis arrived), to one of the best defences in the League.
Although part of his success at Palace has been his sides attacking threat namely Jason Puncheon, who has scored goals in big games including Everton, Villa and Hull.
Pulis knew he had a tough job but his survival tactics have worked meaning, according to Pulis "that they are safe" and that this will be the first time Palace haven't been relegated after being promoted to the Premier League the previous season.
With the Eagles now soaring Pulis know he will have done club and supports alike proud, provided ofcourse they do stay up.
