Big Game Review

Liverpool beat Manchester City 3-2 yesterday in one of the biggest games in the title race this season.

Liverpool and Man City's game yesterday was one of the biggest games of the season because this could have been the game that mean't the difference between winning and losing the title.

Man CityCity started the game, with an attacking side which included Dzeko, Nasri, Silva and Yaya Toure. However, City were broken down immediately after Sterling's goal early on. Although they did lose Yaya Toure in the 19th minute. The worst perfomance of all for City seemed to be Vincent Kompany, who had just returned from injury and clearly wasn't up to returning against Liverpool's strike force.

Liverpool: On the other hand, Liverpool enjoyed the occassion. After scoring in the 6th minute and then again in the 26th minute, they looked like they had won it already. Yet City did put up a good fight and scored two goals later on. Despite this Coutinho managed to score the winning goal in the 78th minute. Knowing they are so close to their first title in over 20 years Gerrard gave an emotional speech to his players on the pitch after the game.

Overall Liverpool deserved the win, but this game was fantastic to watch with both teams showing attacking flair and high tempo. Along with skills, goals and tactical changes this game had it all and could be the decider for the title. Although Liverpool will be aware that City and Chelsea will be hot on their tails should they lose one of their games.

After this game who do you think will win the title, have Liverpool done enough already or will City or Chelsea bounce back to claim the Premier League? Tell us your answer through Twitter, Google + or Facebook.
